Health Care Flexible Spending Account
  • You can continue to make contributions on an after-tax basis through COBRA. If you stop making contributions, you can be reimbursed for expenses for only that period during which you made contributions to your FSA. Claims that you incur after your participation ends are not eligible for reimbursement. You have 180 days from the end of the benefit plan year to submit expenses incurred before the date your leave begins
Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending Account
  • Participation ends on the date your leave begins. You have 180 days from the end of the benefit plan year to submit expenses incurred before the date your leave begins

 

Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, and Disability Insurance
